Fitzgerald Jewellers operate an exchange or credit note service for the return of any purchased goods. Refunds will only be honoured for faulty goods. Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit note.  To be eligible for these, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds will only be honoured if the goods you have received are faulty or in exceptional circumstances that must be pre-approved prior to sending them back to us. To do this, please contact us at Once your return has been approved, has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 - 10 working days.

Credit Notes

If you have returned an item to us, and opted against an exchange, you will be entitled to a credit note for use in store, up to the full value of the item. No shipping charges you may have incurred will be honoured on the credit note.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fitzgerald Jewellers, 25 Burgate, Canterbury, CT1 2HA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible if your item goes missing on route to our store.
